摘要
为了改善煤炭制样室粉尘污染严重的状况,在气力输送装置中加入可编程控制器和变频器,根据制样时的实际情况可及时自动调节风机的转速,可及时降低粉尘浓度并节约大量能源。实验仿真和实际测试表明,采用可编程控制器和变频控制的除尘系统可提高除尘效果和减少大量能耗。
In order to improve heavy dust pollution status in the coal sample preparation lab, the programmable logic controller and the frequency converter were applied in the pneumatic conveyer system, and the speed of wind turbine could be automatically adjusted in term of the practice of coal preparation, which would be helpful to deduce the dust concentration and save energy. The result of experimental simulation and practical tests showed that the application of programmable logic controller and converter in the dedusting system could improve the dedusting effect and deduce the energy consumption.
