痔疮患者围手术期系统护理干预的效果评价

The effect of systematic nursing intervention on patients with hemorrhoids surgery

目的:探讨围手术期系统护理干预对痔疮手术疗效的影响。方法:将60例痔疮手术患者,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组30例。对照组行常规围手术期护理,干预组行系统护理干预。结果:干预组术后并发症少于对照组(P<0.05),干预组病人满意度高于对照组,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痔疮手术患者进行系统护理干预,可减少患者术后并发症,可以有效地减轻患者痛苦,提高患者生活质量和满意度。

Objective： To explore the effect of systematic nursing intervention on patients with hemorrhoids surgery. Methods： 60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups： the control group （30 cases） received routine- ly preoperative and postoperative care, and the conventional care group （30 cases） received comprehensive care intervention. Results： The post--operative complications of the intervention group were lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the patient satisfaction of the intervention group is higher than that of the con- trol group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Systematic nursing intervention on patients with hemorrhoids surgery can reduce the postoperative complications, effectively relieve pain and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of the patients.
