降低分组装配时延的CBR码流VBR转换法

摘要 详细分析了IP和ATM网络中语音信息分组的端到端时延及其影响 ,提出了一种新的语音CBR码流VBR转换法 ,以消除分组装配时延 ,达到降低信息分组端到端时延的目的。 Voice over IP(VoIP) and Vorce over ATM(VoA) are hot research topics in the field of communication technologies.For the QoS of real time voice communication,one of the key problems affecting the communication quality is the long end to end time delay and jitter of information packet transmission.This paper gives a detailed analysis of the end to end delay and its effects in IP and ATM networks.A new CBR to VRB code stream conversion approach is proposed to reduce packet assembling delay and thus lower the information packet end to end time delay.
