不同年龄组冠心病患者行PCI治疗临床疗效对比分析

Comparative analysis of clinical efficacy of PCI on the treatment of coronary disease patients of different age groups

目的探讨PCI治疗不同年龄组冠心病患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法将187例冠心病患者分为高龄组(≥75岁)和非高龄组(<75岁),均行PCI治疗,观察两组的临床资料及疗效。结果高龄组3支病变比例及支架个数高于非高龄组(P<0.05);两组PCI成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PCI术中高龄组MACE发生率高于非高龄组(P<0.05),术后12个月MACE发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PCI治疗不同年龄组冠心病患者均有较好疗效。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of PCI on the treatment of coronary disease patients of different age groups.Methods One hundred and eighty-seven coronary disease patients were divided into groups of advanced age（≥75 years old） and non-advanced age（75 years old）.Both were given PCI treatment.Observed the clinical data and efficacy between the two groups.Results As for the group of advanced age,the percentage of myocadial infarction and cardiac failure as well as percentage of triple vessel disease and number of heart stents were higher than those of the group of non-advanced age（P 0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups in success rate（P 0.05）.For the group of advanced age,the incidence of MACE in PCI was higher than that of the non-advanced age（P 0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of MACE within 12 months of the surgery（P 0.05）.Conclusion PCI have good effects on treatment of coronary disease patients of different age groups.
