内镜下高频电凝固术治疗Barrett食管56例临床分析

Clinical analysis of high frequency electrocoagulation under the endoscope on the barrett esophagus in 56 cases

目的探讨内镜下高频电凝固术(HFE)在Barrett食管(BE)治疗中的临床应用价值。方法将112例BE患者随机分为观察组和对照组各56例,对照组采用PPI治疗,观察组同时采用HFE治疗。结果观察组术后第3、12个月胃镜复查其总有效率均为100.00%,对照组分别为12.50%和30.36%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用HFE治疗BE方法简单、安全、疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of high frequency electrocoagulation under the endoscope（HFE） on the Barrett esophagus.Methods The 112 BE patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group respectively,56 cases in each group.The observation group was implemented the treament by high frequency electrocoagulation under the endoscope（HFE）,while the control group was implemented PPI.Results For observation group,the total effective rate of gastroscope review both were 100.00% in third and twelfth month after operation;the total effective rate of gastroscope review for control group was 12.50% and 30.36%.There were significant differences between two groups（P 0.01）.Conclusion The high frequency electrocoagulation under endoscope（HFE） is a safe and simple treatment with significant effect on the barrett esophagus,it is worthy to be widely used in clinical treatment.
