内镜下套扎术联合奥曲肽治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of endoscopic variceal ligation combined with Octreotide in treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding

目的分析探讨内镜下套扎术联合奥曲肽治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效。方法选取2005年10月～2012年5月在本院治疗的食管静脉曲张破裂出血患者82例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者采取内镜下套扎术治疗,观察组患者采取内镜下套扎术联合奥曲肽治疗,分别分析两组患者的疗效、并发症及治疗前后食管静脉曲张的程度。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者临床疗效明显增强,并发症明显减少,治疗后食管静脉曲张程度得到明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜下套扎术联合奥曲肽可有效提高临床效果,改善再出血率,减轻患者的痛苦,提高患者的生活质量和临床质量,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of endoscopic variceal ligation combined with Octreotide in treatment of esophageal variceal bleeding.Methods Eighty-two patients with esophageal variceal bleeding from October 2005 to May 2012 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,patients in control group were given endoscopic variceal ligation treatment,and patients in observation group were given endoscopic variceal ligation combined with Octreotide treatment;The clinical efficacy,complications and esophageal varices degree of two groups were compared.Results Compared with control group,the clinical efficacy of the observation group were significantly better,the complication was less,esophageal varices improved significantly after treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Endoscopic variceal ligation combined with Octreotide can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,improve rebleeding rate,reduce suffering of patients,improve life quality and clinical quality of patients,it is worthy of promotion.
