不同年龄冠心病患者的血尿酸水平变化特点

The characteristics of the blood uric acid levels in patients with coronary heart disease of different ages

目的探讨不同年龄段冠心病患者的血尿酸变化情况。方法随机选取本院2010年1月～2011年10月间冠心病患者88例,依据年龄段分为:20～39岁为A组,共12例,40～49岁为B组,共13例,50～59岁为C组,共28例,60～69岁为D组,共24例,超过70岁的患者为E组,共11例。研究各组间男女患者的血尿酸水平。结果冠心病男性患者的血尿酸水平高于女性患者,且差异有统计学意义。男性患者的血尿酸水平随年龄增长而升高,但差异并不显著,40岁以上的女性患者血尿酸随年龄增长而升高,差异有统计学意义,经多元Logistic回归分析,血尿酸为冠心病发病的独立危险因素。结论冠心病男性患者的血尿酸水平高于女性患者,且血尿酸为冠心病发病的独立危险因素。

Objective To investigate the changes of serum uric acid of different ages patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Randomly selected 88 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2011,according to age was divided into：20 to 39 years old patients was group A,a total of 12 cases,40 to 49 years old patients was group B,a total of 13 cases,50 to 59 years old patients was group C,a total of 28 cases,60 to 69 years was group D,a total of 24 cases,the patients over 70 years old was group E,a total of 11 cases.The serum uric acid levels of the three groups of male and female patients were researched.Results The serum uric acid levels in male patients with coronary heart disease higher than female patients,and the difference was statistical significance.The serum uric acid levels of male patients increased with age,but the difference was not significant.The serum uric acid levels of the women who age over 40 years patients increased with age,the difference had statistical significance,by multiple Logistic regression analysis,serum uric acid levels were the independent risk factor for coronary heart disease.Conclusion The serum uric acid levels in male patients who have coronary heart disease higher than female patients,and serum uric acid levels as an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease incidence.
