针药结合治疗腰椎间盘微创手术后早期肠麻痹的临床研究

Clinical research of acupuncture and medicinal treatment in treatment of early enteroplegia after the minimally invasive surgery for lumbar intervertebral disc

目的观察针药结合治疗腰椎间盘微创手术后早期肠麻痹的临床治疗效果。方法将96例本病患者采用简单随机法分为针刺组、针药组和对照组各32例。针刺组选用常规腧穴针刺治疗,针药组在针刺组基础上口服厚朴排气合剂治疗,对照组口服西沙必利片治疗。24h后记录观察疗效。结果 3种治疗方法均能显著改善腰椎间盘微创手术后早期肠麻痹患者的中医症候及体征(P<0.01);在治疗效果方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),针药组优于单纯针刺组和单纯西药治疗组(P<0.05)。结论针刺结合口服厚朴排气合剂能改善腰椎间盘微创手术后早期肠麻痹患者中医症候及体征,促进患者排气,有效消除患者症状,减轻患者病痛。

Objective To observe clinical treatment effect of acupuncture and medicinal treatment in treatment of early enteroplegia after the minimally invasive surgery for lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods Ninety six patients with the disease were divided into acupuncture group,acupuncture medicine group and control group by simple random sampling,each group had 32 cases.Acupuncture group was given the conventional treatment of acu-points acupuncture,acupuncture medicine group was given the treatment of Magnolia officinalis exhaust mixture by oral based on the acupuncture group,control group was given the treatment of Cisapride Tablets.The curative effect was observed and recorded after 24 hours.Results The three groups all could markedly improve the traditional Chinese medicine early symptoms and signs of early enteroplegia after the minimally invasive surgery for lumbar intervertebral disc（P 0.01）,the difference of the treatment effect was statistically significant（P 0.05）;acupuncture medicine group was better than the acupuncture group and pure western medicine treatment group（P 0.05）.Conclusion The acupuncture combined with Magnolia officinalis exhaust mixture by oral can improve the traditional Chinese medicine early symptoms and signs of early enteroplegia after the mini mally invasive surgery for lumbar intervertebral disc,promote patients to exhaust,effectively eliminate the symptoms of pa tient,and ease the pain of patients.
