摘要
指出了文献 [1]中引理 2不成立 ,并建立了新的引理 ,从而保证了文献 [1]、[3]中的定理成立。
This paper demonstrates that the Lemma2 in reference [1] is not correct,and establishes new lemmas through which the theorems in reference [1] and [3] can be obtained.
