疼痛专项护理改善类风湿关节炎患者疼痛、睡眠的临床观察

Clinical observation of the improvement of pain and sleep of rheumatoid arthritis patients by nursing specific of pain

目的观察疼痛专项护理改善类风湿关节炎患者疼痛、睡眠的临床效果。方法选取2010年8月～2012年2月于本院接受诊断和治疗的类风湿关节炎患者64例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组32例。对照组给予风湿性关节炎常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予疼痛专项护理,观察其改善类风湿关节炎患者疼痛、睡眠的临床效果。结果对照组治疗后VAS评分为5.89±1.41,显著低于治疗前的7.71±1.68(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS评分为4.66±1.32,显著低于治疗前的7.52±1.57(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS评分为4.66±1.32,显著低于对照组的5.89±1.41(P<0.05)。结论疼痛专项护理改善类风湿关节炎患者疼痛、睡眠的临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing specific of pain to improve the pain and sleep of rheumatoid arthritis patients.Methods Sixty-four cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,who were treated in our hospital during August 2010 to February 2012,were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases in each group.The control group patients were given rheumatoid arthritis conventional nursing,the observation group patients added nursing specific of pain.The clinical effect of improvement of pain and sleep of rheumatoid arthritis patients was observed.Results The post-treatment VAS score of control group（5.89±1.41） was much lower than the score before treatment（7.71±1.68）（P 0.05）.The post-treatment VAS score of observation group（4.66±1.32） was also much lower than the score before treatment（7.52±1.57）（P 0.05）.The post-treatment VAS score of observation group（4.66±1.32） was significantly lower than（5.89±1.41） of control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Nursing specific of pain has significant clinical effect to improve pain and sleep of rheumatoid arthritis patients,so it is worthy to be popularized.
