医学高职院校二级管理模式下构建教学质量监控体系的探讨 被引量:5

摘要 构建二级管理模式下的高职教学质量监控体系,强化教学质量管理,是提高教学质量确保人才培养质量的必然要求。本文依据医学职业教育的特殊性和二级管理模式的新要求,提出构建教学质量监控体系的四个原则,即突出"以学生为本"、强调动态管理、实现教师的全面发展、重视团队整体成效。本文还着重论述了构建教学质量监控体系的措施,包括构建闭环的教学质量监控体系、构建规范适用的教学质量监控制度、多维度教学质量监控管理模式和构建科学合理的教师教学质量评价指标体系。 Constructing teaching quality monitoring system in vocational college under two-stage management mode,strengthening the management of teaching quality,is the inevitable request to improve the teaching quality and ensure the personnel training quality.According to the particularity of the medical profession education and the request of two-stage management mode,the author proposes four principles to construct the teaching quality monitoring system,including out standing "students foremost",emphasizing the dynamic management,implementing the all-round development of teachers and paying attention to the whole team results.This paper also focuses on the measures of constructing teaching quality monitoring system,including building closed-loop teaching quality monitoring system,constructing standard applicable teaching quality monitoring system,multidimensional teaching quality monitoring management mode and building scientific and reasonable evaluation of teaching quality index system.
