摘要
药剂科对药剂的管理水平直接影响医院各个部门的正常工作和运转,然而我国药剂科管理现状并不乐观,如药剂质量检测、从业人员素质水准以及针对药物实验等方面都存在很多问题。鉴于此,笔者做出一定分析,提出改进的方法与建议,以改善药剂科发展目前处境,促进其未来良好运转与发展。
The management level of pharmacy department to agentia directly affects the normal work and running of all departments in hospital.However,current situation of pharmacy department management in our country is not optimistic,which faces many problems in the quality level of employees,drug testing and so on.In view of this condition,the author makes certain analysis and proposes the improvement methods and suggestions,in order to improve the current situation of pharmacy department development and promote its well running and development in the future.
