摘要
医疗质量是医院生存与发展的关键。本文结合本院实际,分析了医疗不良事件产生的原因,根据这些原因对医疗质量持续改进实施进行流程设计,并提出在处理医疗不良事件时应遵循的原则。
The quality of medical care is the key to hospital survival and development.This paper integrates the actual of hospital,analyzes the causes of medical adverse events,according to these reasons,designs the process for the quality of medical care improving implementation and proposes principles in the handling of medical adverse events.
