手法复位配合石膏外固定治疗中老年桡骨远端粉碎性骨折80例

Manipulative reduction with plaster external fixation in the treatment of elderly distal radius comminuted fracture in 80 cases

目的探讨手法复位配合石膏固定治疗中老年桡骨远端骨折的疗效及意义。方法本组80例患者:男14例,女66例,均采用折顶闭合手法复位,配合石膏外固定治疗。结果随访72例,随访时间3～12个月,所有病例均获骨性愈合,其中,优59例,良10例,可2例,差1例,优良率为95.8%。结论手法复位配合石膏固定治疗桡骨远端骨折是一种安全、有效、易掌握的方法,适合广大骨科医师在临床中应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect and significance of manipulative reduction combined with cast immobilization in the treatment of elderly distal radius fractures.Methods All 80 cases（14 cases were male and 66 cases were female） underwent fold the top closed manipulative reduction combined with plaster external fixation.Results Seventy-two cases were follow-up,and the time was 3-12 months,all patients were bone healing,among the patients,excellent in 59 cases,good in 10 cases,fair in 2 cases and poor in 1 case,the rate of excellent and good was 95.8%.Conclusion Manipulative reduction combined with cast immobilization in the treatment of distal radius fractures is safe,effective and easy to grasp for the majority of orthopedic surgeons in the clinical application.
