踝关节骨折脱位手术治疗临床分析

Clinical analysis of ankle joint fracture dislocation by surgical treatment

目的探讨应用手术治疗踝关节骨折脱位的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年1月～2011年1月本院应用手术治疗的47例踝关节骨折脱位患者的临床资料。结果 47例患者骨折愈合时间均为9～16周;均获得6个月～2年的随访,未见骨性关节炎表现,优38例,良5例,可3例,差1例,优良率为91.5%。结论在严格掌握手术适应证,术前认真分析X线片,术中细心、熟练地操作,术后鼓励患者积极进行早期功能锻炼的条件下,应用手术治疗踝关节骨折脱位能够取得较好疗效。

Objective To probe into the clinical therapeutic efficacy of surgical treatment to fracture dislocation of ankle joint.Methods The clinical data of 47 patients with fracture dislocation of ankle joint who were treated by surgery received and treated in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The healing time of 47 patients with fracture dislocation of ankle joint treated by surgery was 9-16 weeks;after follow-up from 6 months to 2 years,there was no osteoarthritis performance.38 cases were excellent;5 cases were good;3 cases were ordinary;1 case was poor.The rate of excellent and good was 91.5%.Conclusion In the conditions of strictly mastering the operated indication,analyze X-ray picture carefully before surgery,intraoperative careful and be proficient in operation,encourage pa tients to make early dirigation positively after surgery,the surgical treatment to fracture dislocation of ankle joint can real ize better therapeutic efficacy.
