基于SNA的高校数字图书馆联盟运营中的“利益”分配机制研究

Benefit-cost Distribution Mechanism Based on Social Network Analysis in the Operation of University Digital Library Federation

根据高校数字图书馆联盟成员馆之间可能存在的知识资源交互贡献关系,对成员馆在知识资源服务中的角色(知识资源寻求者和知识资源贡献者)进行定义,构建联盟内部知识资源流动的网络模型;然后从知识资源利用的角度探讨成员馆在联盟知识资源共建中的成本分摊机制。为充分发挥成员馆在知识资源服务中的积极性,提出将成员馆的优质个性化知识资源纳入联盟共性知识资源建设的范畴,并论述个性知识资源建设中的资助机制。

The university libraries may play as two roles in the university digital library federation＇ s knowledge resources services, which are knowledge resources seekers and knowledge resources contributors. Then in the view of knowledge resources utilization, the cost sharing mechanism of common knowledge resources construction in the federation is discussed on the basis of the establishment of the federation＇ s internal knowledge resources flow network model. It is suggested that the library members＇ own knowledge resources of high quality should be treated as the federation＇ s common resources and be supported with constructing funds, so as to promote the li-brary members＇ participation in the knowledge resources services.
