静脉复合麻醉药物对手术患者生理学参数的影响探析 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨静脉复合麻醉药物对手术患者生理学参数的影响。方法回顾性分析2009年6月至2012年6月间我院收治的不同手术患者80例,采用全凭静脉复合麻醉,监测ECG、SBP、DBP、HR、SaO2、PETCO2等生理学指标变化。结果诱导与插管期间,患者各项生理学指标较诱导期比较差异均无显著统计学意义(P>0.05),其中HR、SBP较术前升高但不明显,ECG、DBP、SaO2、PETCO2平稳;手术期间,患者各项生理学指标较诱导期比较差异均无显著统计学意义(P>0.05),均趋于平稳;苏醒及拔管期间,患者各项生理学指标较诱导期比较差异均无显著统计学意义(P>0.05),均趋于平稳。结论全凭静脉复合麻醉效果好、恢复快、后遗症少,适用于临床各科手术的麻醉要求。
