摘要 目的讨论跟骨解剖板联合植入人工骨治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法应用跟骨解剖板治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折18例,同时给予BMP植骨。结果平均随访时间12个月,优良率为80%。结论植入BMP后固定以解剖板治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折,取得较满意的临床效果。 Objective Explore the efficacy of calcaneal anatomic plate and BMP treat calcaneal comminuted fracture.Methods We apply calcaneal anatomic plate to thecalcaneal comminuted fracture of 18 cases,while givied the BMP grafting.Results The average follow-up time is 12 months,and excellent rate is 80%.Conclusions BMP and anatomical board treat calcaneal fractures,which has satisfactory clinical effect.
