83例糖尿病足患者护理体会

Nursing experience of patients with diabetic foot

目的:探讨糖尿病足患者的护理方法、特点。方法:回顾性分析我院内分泌科2009年8月～2011年8月收治的83例糖尿病足患者的临床资料和护理措施。结果:本组83例患者经临床治疗及护理后,痊愈64例(77.1%),好转12例(14.5%),总有效率(91.6%)。结论:对糖尿病足患者进行针对性治疗与护理相结合,可以减轻患者痛苦,有效减少了截肢的发生,对糖尿病足的防治具有重要意义。

Objective To observe characteristics, methods and clinical significance of Nursing care of patients with diabetic foot. Method Take effective nurse and healthy education on 30 diabetic feet. Retrospective analysis of clinical data and nursing measures of 83 cases of in patients with diabetic foot treated in our hospital from August 2009 to August 2011. Result 83 patients by clinical treatment and nursing, 64 cases （77.1%） were cured, 12 cases （14.5%） were improved and the total efficiency was 91.6%. Conclusion Combined treatment and nursing of patients with diabetic foot in can reduce the suffering of patients and the occurrence of diabetic foot amputation, which are important for the prevention and treatment.
