高压氧早期干预神经干细胞移植治疗脑损伤的疗效观察

摘要 目的:观察在高压氧早期干预下,神经干细胞脑内移植治疗后脑损伤恢复的情况。方法:回顾26例创伤性颅脑损伤患者的临床资料,应用人胚胎培养增殖神经干细胞,向脑内病灶部位定植,并于神经干细胞移植术后第二天开始行高压氧治疗。结果:根据语言、肌张力、肌力、智力4个方面的观察指标,经术后3~19个月的随访观察,发现高压氧早期干预下的移植患者,病情恢复较同期手术的移植后患者在语言肢体功能改善程度大。其中以语言功能和肌张力改善最为明显,部分患者效果显著。结论:移植后及早进入高压氧舱行高压氧早期干预治疗,能够促进移植的神经干细胞成活,减少其凋亡,减轻损伤易感区组织水肿程度,改善损伤部位病理状态,促使神经干细胞增殖并游离到受损区域。联合应用高压氧对移植后患者的早期干预,在神经损伤患者的治疗上发挥了很好的作用。 Objective To observe, in hyperbaric early intervention neural stem cells transplantation in the treatment of brain damage. Results According to the language, muscle tension, strength, intelligence in four aspects, the outcome after 3-19 months of follow-up observation, discover the early intervention hyperbaric illness recovery, transplant patients than the same after transplantation surgery in patients with large degree language limb function improved. Among them with language functions and the most obvious, improve muscle tension obvious effect in some patients. Conclusion Early after transplantation into hyperbaric oxygen tank line hyperbaric early intervention, can promote transplanted neural stem cell survival and reduce the apoptosis, reduce damage excitable area tissue oedema degree pathological conditions, improve the damaged parts, prompting neural stem cell proliferation and free into the damaged area. Combined application to transplant patients after hyperbaric oxygen early intervention, in the treatment of patients with nerve injury, played a very good effect.
