摘要
目的:探讨剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化采用改良护理措施的效果。方法:选择剖宫产术后出现切口脂肪液化患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组采取常规方法进行切口护理,观察组采用改良切口护理措施,包括在藻酸盐敷料引流的基础上加用微波治疗。治疗后密切观察两组患者疼痛程度、愈合时间并记录恢复后疤痕情况。结果:使用改良方法进行切口脂肪液化护理,患者疼痛程度明显减轻,愈合时间明显缩短,换药次数明显减少,恢复后疤痕较对照组明显缩小。结论:采用改良护理措施可有效的促进剖宫产术后切口脂肪液化的恢复,效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of improved care measures for fat liquefaction after cesarean section incision. Methods 70 patients of fat liquefaction after cesarean section wound were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 35 people. The control group took regular care of the incision, the observation group accepted improved care of the incision measures, including the addition of microwave treatment on the basis of the alginate dressing drainage, After treatment, patients were observed closely the degree of pain, healing time and record the recovery after the scar. Results Using an improved method, the degree of pain in patients accepted improved care significantly reduced,healing time was significantly shorter, the dressing had significantly fewer soars＇ after recovery than the control group. Conclusion The improved nursing interventions can be effective to promote the recovery after cesarean section wound fat liquefaction, the effect is significant.
