感染患者对疾病的认知及情绪调节与心理健康关系的研究

The relationship among cognitive emotion regulation,coping style and mental health in the infecting patients

目的:探讨感染患者认知情绪调节与应对方式与心理健康关系,提高患者的心理健康。方法:选择2008年10月～2012年2月在我院住院的上呼吸道感染患者180例,分别进行疾病认知、情绪调整、应对方式及心理健康问卷调查。结果:疾病认知和应对方式与心理健康的各维度呈正相关,而情绪调整则与其呈负相关。心理健康高分组与低分组在疾病认知、情绪调整、应对方式之间有显著性的差异(P<0.05)。结论:感染疾病认知可通过情绪调整和应对方式影响患者的心理健康,为此给予患者足够的疾病教育,不仅提高患者的心理健康,而且最大程度地改善病人预后。

Objective To investigate the relationship among cognitive emotion regulation, coping style and mental health in the infecting patients for enhancing the patient＇s mental health. Methods Selected 180 cases with upper respiratory tract infection in our hospital from October 2008 to February 2012, used diseases cognitive, emotional adjustment, coping style and mental health questionnaires for survey respectively. Results Through invested and analyzed, the disease cognitive and coping style had positively related to mental health, so that was negative correlation for emotional adjustment. The disease cognitive, emotional adjustment, coping style scores between the high and low groups had significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The cognitive can affect mental health by the emotional adjustment and coping styles, so we should give patients with sufficient disease education, not only to improve the patient＇s mental health, and improve the prognosis.
