心理护理干预对脑梗死患者遵医行为和生存质量的影响

Psychological nursing intervention on the impact of compliance behavior and life quality of Cerebral infarction patients

目的:探讨心理护理干预对脑梗死患者遵医行为和生存质量的影响。方法:选择74例脑梗死患者,随机分为心理护理组38例和常规护理组36例。两组患者分别予以常规护理干预和心理干预,追踪观察6个月,比较两组患者治疗前后遵医行为和生存质量的变化。结果:6个月后心理护理组的遵医行为明显高于常规护理组,两组患者治疗前生存质量测评表(QQL)各单项评分及总分比较无明显差异,两组患者的QQL各单项评分及总分均明显下降,其中心理护理组下降幅度较常规护理组更明显。结论:心理护理干预能明显增强脑梗死患者的治疗遵医行为,提高疗效及患者的生存质量。

Objective To investigate the impact of psychological nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction treatment compliance behavior and quality of life. Methods The 74 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the psychological care group with 38 cases and the usual care group with 36 cases,which were followed for six months. Observe and compare the two groups of patients before and after the compliance behavior and quality of life of change. Results 6 months after treatment, the compliance behavior of the psychological care group was significantly higher than the usual care group. The individual score and total score of quality of life evaluation form between the two groups of patients before treatment was no significant difference. 6 months after treatment,the individual score and total score of quality of life evaluation form between the two groups of patients were significantly decreased,and psychological care group decreased the rate lower than the usual care group. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can significantly enhance compliance behavior of patients with cerebral infarction,improve efficacy, and improve the quality of life.
