老年冠心病患者便秘的循证护理

Application Experience of Evidence Based Nursing in Improving Life Quality in Elderly Coronary Heart Disease Patients with Constipation

目的:探讨循证护理对改善老年冠心病便秘患者生活质量的作用。方法:将156例老年冠心痛便秘患者随机分为循证组86例和对照组70例,循证组进行便秘循证护理干预,对照组行常规心内科护理;对两组进行便秘症状及疗效评估量表和SF-36生活质量问卷调查。结果:循证组患者便秘症状总分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);SF-36生活质量问卷中,循证组评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);心血管突发事件发生率对照组明显高于实验组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年冠心病便秘患者实施循证护理,可明显改善其便秘症状,提高生活质量,减少心脏事件的发生,稳定病情。

Objective To investigate the effect of evidence based nursing in improving life quality in elderly coronary heart disease patients with constipation. Methods 156 elderly coronary heart disease patients with constipation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Evidence based nursing was applied in the experimental group and routine nursing care of internal medicine taken in the control group.At the end of this experiment the assessment scale and SF-36 questionnaire were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the symptoms of constipation,curative effect and the quality of life of the patients in both groups. Results The total score of constipation symptoms wee significantly lower in the experimental group than the control group （P〈 0.05）; according to SF-36 questionnaire,the scores of life quality were higher in the experimental group than the control group （F〈 0.05）; cardiovascular emergencies rate in the control group was signifitcantly higher than the experimental group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The evidence based nursing applied to elderly coronary heart disease patients with constipation can evidently relieve the symptoms of constipation, improve quality of life, reduce the incidance of cardiovascular emergencies.
