试论外科临床教师之风范

外科学是一门理论和实践性都非常强的临床学科。外科临床教师必须具有较高的综合素质即特定的知识结构、较强的操作技能、创造性的工作能力及良好的医德作风,外科专业的特性决定了外科临床教师开朗活泼、幽默直率、干练敏锐、知识渊博,这些外科教师特有的风度和气质就是外科临床教师的风范。
