摘要
目的:通过对患者满意度的调查分析,探讨患者满意度调查对中医医院优质护理服务的推动作用。方法:采用我院护理部自制的患者满意度调查表进行问卷调查,分析问卷调查结果,针对不足,制定改进措施。结果:2011年6月~9月我院患者满意度有明显提高。结论:患者满意度调查能够真实反映护理服务中存在的问题,使我院进一步了解患者对中医护理的需求,有针对性的改进护理工作,有效地促进中医优质护理工作开展。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing by conducting satisfaction survey among the hospitalized patients. Methods Using satisfaction survey questionnaire that was designed by the nursing department to investigate the satisfaction degree of inpatients. Results The satisfaction degree of inpatients during Jun.2011 to Sep.2011 was obviously im- proved. Conclusions The satisfaction survey of inpatients can truly reflects the problems of nursing service. According to the de- mands of TCM nursing of patients, we can improve the nursing service, and could promote the process of quality TCM nursing care.
