高频率超声影像对冠脉结扎所致心力衰竭模型大鼠心功能动态观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的应用高频率超声影像系统检测冠脉结扎所致心力衰竭大鼠模型的心功能改变,对冠脉结扎所致心力衰竭模型进行评价,并进一步确定高频率超声影像系统在此模型中应用的可行性及准确性。方法采用冠脉结扎法建立大鼠心力衰竭模型,分别于术后1、2、3、4、8、13周行超声心动图检查,测量左心室射血分数(LVEF)、短轴缩短率(LVFS)。结果冠脉结扎术后1、2、3、4、8、13周模型组与正常组、假手术组比较,LVEF、LVFS均明显下降,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论冠脉结扎手术3周后可以形成慢性心衰大鼠模型。高频率超声影像对心力衰竭大鼠心功能检测具有可行性,可以作为冠脉结扎所致大鼠心力衰竭模型的一种评价方法。 Objective To detect the cardiac function change of heart failure model rats caused by coronary artery ligation using high frequency ultrasound imaging,evaluate the heart failure model caused by coronary artery ligation,and assess the feasibility and accuracy of high frequency ultrasound image system in this method.Methods Method of left coronary circumflex artery ligation was used to establish heart failure model in rats,and cardiac functions including left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) and left ventricular shortening fraction(LVFS) were measured by high frequency ultrasound imaging at 1,2,3,4,8,13 weeks after surgery.Results Compared with the normal group and the sham operation group, the LVEF,LVFS of model group significantly decreased at 1,2,3,4,8,13 weeks after surgery(P0.01).Conclusion Chronic heart failure models may be successful at 3 weeks after coronary artery ligation operation.It is feasible to detect cardiac function of heart failure rats by high frequency ultrasound imaging,and this method can be used to evaluate the heart failure models caused by coronary artery ligation in rats.
