低中心静脉压管理在肝移植术受体围术期的疗效观察

目的观察探讨低中心静脉压管理(LVCP)在肝移植术受体围术期的疗效。方法选择重庆医科大学附属第一医院2007年1月～2012年1月实施的成人肝移植术30例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各15例。对照组行常规血压控制方案,观察组行LVCP方案,比较两组患者移植术中出血量及术后缺血再灌注损伤相关指标的差异。结果观察组患者较对照组移植效果更好,失血量更少,缺血再灌注损伤相关指标表现也更积极(P<0.05)。结论 LVCP可以有效提高肝移植患者的移植效果。

Objective To observe the efficacy of modulating low central venous pressure（LCVP） for liver transplantation recipients during perioperative.Methods 30 cases of adult liver transplantation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2007 to January 2012 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups. The control group（n=15） was received regular blood pressure control;the observation group（n=15） was received LVCP management program.The amount of bleeding in the transplant process and index of postoperative ischemic reperfusion injury of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of observation group was better than that of control group.The blood loss of control group was less than that of control group,The related index of postoperative ischemic reperfusion injury of control group was also better than that of control group,the differences were all statistically significant（all P0.05）.Conclusion The modulating of LCVP can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of transplantation in liver transplant patients.
