滋肾生肝法治疗肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征临床研究

Clinical effect on the method of nourishing the liver and kidney in the treatment of menopausal syndrome with liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome

目的观察滋肾生肝法治疗肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法将我院门诊480例肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征患者随机分为中药组与西药组,其中中药组240例给予自拟的中药,西药组240例接受雌孕激素周期疗法,给予谷维素、复合维生素及雌孕激素。观察两组用药前后的主要症状的改善情况,血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成激素(LH)的水平变化。结果中药组和西药组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在中医症候改善方面,中药组优于西药组(P<0.05);在激素水平变化方面,中药组与西药组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论滋肾生肝法在改善肝肾阴虚型更年期综合征患者症状、内分泌方面具有优势,且无任何副作用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the method of nourishing the liver and kidney in the treatment of menopausal syndrome.Methods 480 menopausal syndrome patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） group and western medicine group,TCM group received prescriptions of nourishing the liver and kidney,western medicine group received estrogen and progesterone cycle therapy including oryzanol,vitamins and sex hormone.The improvements of the main symptoms were observed and the change level of E 2,FSH and LH were recorded.Results There was no significant differences between the TCM group and western medicine group in total effective rate and hormone level（P0.05）.TCM group had better syndromes improvement than western medicine group with statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The method of nourishing the liver and kidney has the advantage in improving the symptoms of menopausal syndrome patients with kidney Yin deficiency,and without any side effects.
