参姜锁阳益气片成型工艺的研究

Research on modeling technique of Shenjiang Suoyang Yiqi Tables

目的优选参姜锁阳益气片的成型工艺条件。方法采用单因素实验法,以颗粒的均匀性、吸湿率、休止角为指标,筛选不同处方。结果最佳制粒工艺条件为浸膏粉与预胶化淀粉按7∶1的比例混匀,以70%乙醇为润湿剂制软材。结论该工艺合理可行,为参姜锁阳益气片提供了较好的成型工艺条件。

Objective To select the best forming technologic condition for Shenjiang Suoyang Yiqi Tables.Methods The different prescriptions through the single factor experiment were filtered according to those indexes of grains,such as the uniformity,moisture absorption ratio and caesura angle.Results The best grain-making technologic conditions were chosen as followed that the extract powder and pre-gelled amylum were mixed in proportion of 7 ∶1 and the 70% alcohol was used as the soft material of wetting agent.Conclusion This process is rational and practicable and it provides the better forming technologic condition for the Shenjiang Suoyang Yiqi Tables.
