细节管理模式用于儿科门诊静脉输液流程构建中的临床价值研究

Application effect on the details of management pattern in the process construction of intravenous infusion in pediatric outpatients

目的探讨细节管理模式在儿科门诊静脉输液流程构建中的应用效果。方法选取我院2010年11月～2011年5月收治的未实行细节管理模式儿科门诊静脉输液患者300例作为对照组,选取我院2011年6～12月收治的实行细节管理模式儿科门诊静脉输液患者300例作为观察组,比较两组患者的护理疗效。结果观察组流程等待耗时和输液等待耗时均明显低于对照组,实行细节管理模式后护士输液量明显高于实行细节管理模式前,观察组护士的服务态度、护士的责任感、体贴关照患者、交代输液的注意事项、全程服务的及时性、个体化的科学育儿教育、治疗环境的安全性、输液过程的总体评价评分均明显高于对照组,观察组患者满意度(96.0%)明显高于对照组(83.7%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节管理模式在儿科门诊静脉输液流程构建中具有显著的应用效果,不仅缩短了患者的候诊时间,还提高了医护人员的工作效率和患者满意度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the application effect on the details of management pattern in the process construction of intravenous infusion in pediatric outpatients.Methods 300 patients with pediatric outpatient intravenous infusion who were not implemented detail management pattern were selected in the hospital from November 2010 to May 2011 as the control group.300 patients with pediatric outpatient intravenous infusion who were implemented detail management pattern were selected in the hospital from June 2011 to December 2011 as the observation group.Nursing efficacy was compared between two groups.Results Waiting time of process waiting and waiting time of infusion in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The nurse infusion volume after implementation details of management pattern was significantly higher than that before implementation details of management pattern.Nurses＇ service attitude,nurses sense of responsibility,considerate care patients,metasomatic infusion attention,full service timeliness,individualized scientific parenting education treatment of environment,safety,the infusion process overall evaluation scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Patient satisfaction in the observation group（96.0%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（83.7%）.The differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The details of management pattern in the process construction of intravenous infusion in pediatric outpatients have remarkable application effect,which not only can shorten the patients waiting time,but also can improve the work efficiency of medical staff and patient satisfaction.That is worthy of clinical use.
