改革传统医学教育模式培养高素质“应用型”人才的研究进展

随着医学科技的不断发展和医疗服务需求的不断提高,社会对医务人员的综合素质提出了更高层次的要求,也给医学教育模式提出了新的考验。传统医学教育模式已严重落后于社会需求,出现了诸多弊端,局限性日趋显现,改革传统医学教育模式迫切和必然。通过分析传统医学教育模式的特点和社会需求,对传统医学教育模式进行了观念转变、师资队伍建设、课程体系改革、教学方法改进、实习基地拓展等五个方面的改革,以培养具有自主学习能力、团队协作能力、临床实践能力、创新精神及创新能力的高素质"应用型"人才。

With the development of medical science,technology and medical service demand rise,society put forward a higher request to comprehensive quality of medical staff＇s,which also put forward a new test to the medical education model.The traditional model of medical education has lagged behind the needs of society.There are many disadvantages. Limitations are shown with each passing day.The urgency and necessity of the traditional patterns reform of medical education are pointed out.Through the analysis of the traditional mode of medical education and social demand,the idea transformation,building of the contingent of teachers,the reform of the curriculum system,teaching method,practice base development reform in the traditional model of medical education,which is to cultivate autonomous learning ability,team cooperation ability,the ability of clinical practice,innovation spirit and innovation ability,application type talents of highquality.
