高职院校隐性道德教育中存在的问题及对策

On Problems and Solutions on Implicit Moral Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

隐性道德教育是高校道德教育不可或缺的重要组成部分,在思想观念、道德信念、价值取向、行为规范等方面都发挥了不可忽视的作用。但是,目前高职院校隐性道德教育在培养学生的德性中存在一些问题,致使隐性道德教育效果不理想。通过提高教育者在隐性德育中的作用,提高学校制度建设蕴涵科学、民主、自由、公正的伦理精神,提高校园文化建设的隐性德育功能等对策来提高隐性道德教育效果。

Implicit Moral Education plays an essential role in ideology, moral belief, value orientation, normal behavior and so on, which is an indispensable part of Moral Education in Universities and colle- ges. However, the implicit moral education in vocational colleges has some problems. The present pa- per proposes some suggestions on improvement of efficiency of implicit moral education in vocational colleges.
