谈地方高校大学生军训中应注意处理的几个关系

Relationships Needed to be Dealt with in Military Training for University Students in Local Universities

在高校开展学生军事训练工作,是国家人才培养和国防后备力量建设的重要措施,是高校教育和教学的一项重要内容,做好地方高校大学生军训工作,确保军训的质量和效果,应处理好地方高校与大学生军训工作主管部门、地方高校与承训单位、地方高校带训老师与军训教官、军事理论教学与军事技能训练的关系。

Military training for university students is an important measure in talents cultivation and construction of reserve forces for national defense in China. It is also an important part of university ed- ucation and teaching. To do a good job in military training for the local university students and to en- sure the training quality, the present article believes that four pairs of relationships should be dealt with： 1 ） local university and military training department; 2） local university and the institution for military training; 3 ） university teachers in charge of students and the training instructors ; and 4） mili- tary theory teaching and military skills training.
