从既有房屋结构可靠性定义、既有结构鉴定依据、方法,可靠性评定目的及内容,可靠性鉴定存在的缺陷及发展方向等方面进行论述,对既有建筑可靠性评定的研究有着非常广泛和深刻的社会意义。
The paper indicates from the definition of the reliability of the existing housing structure, the reference and methods for the existing structure evaluation, the evaluation aims and contents for the reliability, the shortages in the reliability evaluation and the development, so it has profound social significance for the reliability research on the existing housing structure.
