Taking the plastic runways and training ground of the first-storey track and field training of B Stadium for Training Base of Shanxi Sports Center as the example, the paper introduces the construction craft process for the indoor EPDM （Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer） plastic runway and its construction controlling points, so as to accumulate some precious experience and provide some reference for similar projects.
