The Current Situation and Countermeasure of College Counselors' Work

辅导员是高校思想政治教育的主体队伍之一,是高校加强思想政治工作、引导学生健康成长的中坚力量,辅导员工作好坏与大学生成才有着直接的关系,也影响着学校的安全稳定。但全国高校辅导员工作现状不容乐观,还存在诸多问题亟待改进。本文主要从分析高校辅导员工作存在的问题入手,探讨高校辅导员工作的对策。

The counselor is the member of ideological and political education group in college, and the backbone in enhancing ideological and political education and guiding students＇ healthy development, so the efficiency of college counselors＇ work directly affects the development of college students, as well as the security and stability of the college. However, the current situation of college counselors＇ work around our country is not optimistic, and there exist many problems to be solved. Starting from analyzing the problems in college counselors＇ work, this paper explores the countermeasure for college counselors＇ work.
