高校新生业务班主任制度的实施与探讨

The Implementation and Exploration of Exclusive Head Teacher System for College Freshmen

随着高校扩招,学生管理人员相对短缺。为此,试行业务班主任制度,选拔优秀研究生作为业务班主任承担部分学生管理和指导工作。本文对业务班主任的选拔、承担的具体工作及考核方式等进行了介绍。并就如何有效缩短新生大学生活适应期,进一步优化学生管理工作的效率及兼顾研究生素质培养等进行了探讨。实践证明,业务班主任制度的实施在高校新生入学教育、学生管理等方面发挥了重要作用。

The increasing enrollment of college leads to the shortage of staff for student management. To solve this problem, we attempt exclusive head teacher system, namely, to select excellent postgraduates to work as freshmen＇s exclusive head teachers. This paper introduces the selection, concrete work and evaluation method of exclusive head teachers, and explores how to shorten the period for college students to adapt to college life, so as to further optimize student management and the quality cultivation of postgraduates. Practice proves that the implementation of exclusive head teacher system can play an important role in college freshmen＇s entrance education and student management.
