浅谈江苏省义务教育阶段教师轮岗制实施情况

A Brief Discussion on the Situation of Teacher Rotation System Implemented in Compulsory Education Stage in Jiangsu Province

在义务教育均衡发展改革试点中,2010年发布的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》提出将实行县(区)域内教师、校长交流制度,即教师轮岗制。教师轮岗制是实现义务教育资源均衡和教育公平的重要手段和措施之一,需要社会、政府、学校、教师等相关利益者为施行轮岗制做好充分的准备,付出巨大努力,最终能相对实现教育公平。

In the pilot reform of balanced development for compulsory education, the relevant outline issued in 2010 proposed teacher rotation system at county/district level. Teacher rotation system is an important measure of realizing the balanced development of compulsory education. However, the ultimate realization of equal access to education needs the great efforts from the society, the government, the school and the teacher, as well as relevant departments.
