摘要
人力资源管理课程理论庞杂、强调实践,传统课堂讲授、案例等方法无法实现课程目标。结合人力资源管理相关课程模块与教学目标,将参与式教学法引入人力资源管理课程的教学实践,采用辩论赛、情景模拟表演、无领导小组讨论及现代化的辅助软件等方式组织参与式教学,达到培养学生能力,强化人力资源管理学中的艺术属性的目标。
The theory of human resource management course is complex, but it stresses practice, so traditional classroom teaching and cases can not achieve the course objectives. Combining with relevant course modules and instructional objectives of human resource management, this paper introduces participation-based teaching method into the teaching practice of human resource management course, and adopts debate competition, scenario simulation performance, leaderless group discussion and modern software to organize participation-based teaching, so as to reach the goal of cultivating students' ability and strengthening the artistic properties of human resources management.
