As a concept in rhetoric, figure of speech is a very important component of modem Chinese language. Therefore, teaching for figure of speech has been regarded as a great challenging task for Chinese teachers, who should pursue dramatic reforms from the perspectives of contents and forms to break a new ground of teaching.
