民航乘务英语口语教学的探索

Research on Oral Cabin English Teaching

空中乘务员的服务对象是来自于世界各地的乘客,因此空乘专业学生的英语口语能力显然是保障高质量服务的一个基本要求。本文以南京旅游职业学院空乘专业及其民航乘务英语课程为例,对民航英语的口语教学以及与教学相关的一些问题进行分析探索,提出了要以口语教学为重点的新型民航乘务英语教学模式。

Cabin attendants serve people from all over the world, so students of cabin service are required of excellent oral English in order to get high quality service. This thesis takes Nanjing Institute of Tourism and Hospitality and its course Cabin English as an example and discusses cabin English teaching and some related problems. It brings a new cabin English teaching model which emphasizes on oral English teaching.
