摘要
本文研究两种测试题型——选择题型和建构题型对大学英语四级听力测试的影响。实验结果显示测试方法会影响考生在听力测试中的表现,不同水平的考生受测试方法影响的程度不一样,低水平的考生比高水平的考生更易受测试方法的影响;与选择题型相比,建构题型听力测试更能反映受试的真实水平。本研究还建议要发挥建构题型的优势,提高测试的效度。
This research aims to find oat the influence of two response types--selected response and constructed response on listening comprehension test of CET4. The results show that different response types have different influences on the scores, and different levels of students' reaction to response type vary. The lower the students' level is, the greater the influence of construct- ed response is on their listening test scores; compared with selected response, constructed response is more likely to reveal the true level of the students' listening comprehension. The research proposes that we should take full advantage of constructed response and improve the validity of the listening comprehension test.
