摘要
本文首先提出传统的人才结构理论,并就人才结构理论的语源、特点以及该理论与政法类高职院校的人才培养规格的契合之处谈了自己的看法。
This paper firstly proposes traditional personnel structure theory and then talks about the writer's own view from the angle of the cohesion of personnel strueture theory with personnel training specifications of higher vocational colleges for politics and law.
