从生物技术的应用和生物安全管理两个方面论述了环境保护中生物技术的现状和趋势。具体比较了国内外技术应用和安全管理的差异,尤其是EU、USEPA和UNEP生物安全管理体系对我国的借鉴作用。认为实施生物安全管理是推动环境科学中生物技术发展的关键。应实施技术研发和风险防范并举的政策。

Description on application of biotechnology and safty management to environmental protection, their situation and trend were presented. Comparison between the differences of technical application and safty management were discussed concretely, especially EU, USEPA and UNEP biosafty management systems which may be used for reference in China, and perceived that implementation of biosafty management is the key for promoting biotechnologi-cal development on environmental sciences. Implementation of the policy of technical development and study and risk control should be taken simultaneously.
