摘要
国内外众多城市陆续开展智慧城市建设,为了使智慧城市建设更为科学、合理,总结了智慧城市建设的典型路径并进行对比分析。阐述了智慧城市的内涵和发展现状,总结了国内外智慧城市建设的现状与问题。将智慧城市建设路径分为五种:产业驱动型、创新驱动型、管理服务驱动型、可持续发展型和多目标发展型等5种。并从融资模式、经营模式、管理主客体、规模以及建设周期等方面对5种路径进行对比分析。研究结果将为智慧城市建设路径选择提供理论依据和研究基础。
In the light of large construction of smart cities, summaries and comparative analysis on typical paths of smart city construction have been made in order to build more scientific and rational smart cities. Firstly, essence and development situation of intelligent cities were stated, and current status and problems home and abroad were summarized. Secondly, construction routes of smart cities were divided into 5 classes which are industry-driven, innovation-driven, service-driven, sustainable developing and multiple goal developing. At last, analysis were made from aspects of financing patterns, operation models, management subjects, scale and construction cycle. The study will provide a solid foundation and theoretical basis on smart city construction.
