摘要
以硅酸钠、硫酸和聚合硫酸铁为原料制备聚合硫酸铁—聚硅酸复合絮凝剂。研究了其对高浓度乳化油废水的破乳性能 ,并与其他无机絮凝剂和现处理药剂进行了比较 ,探讨了其混凝反应机理。实验结果表明 ,PFS—PS稳定性好 ,有较宽的 pH适用范围 ,对不同浓度的废水 ,投药量大于 30 0~ 40 0mg/L时 ,除油率在 98 6 %以上 ,并且形成絮体速度快 ,絮体粗大结实 。
Compound flocculant PFS-PS is prepared with polyferric sulphate, silicate of natrium and sulphuricacid. Its deemulsifying property to oil/water emulsion of high concentration has been studied and compared with some other coagulants. The coagulation mechanism of PFS-PS is also discussed in this paper. The experimental results show that PFS-PS is superior to the compared coagulants with its characteristics of wide adapted pH, good stability and high removal rate of oil.
