摘要
目的:研究蒙古黄芪Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus根中的异黄酮类化学成分。方法:采用HPD-100大孔吸附树脂、硅胶、聚酰胺、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱方法分离纯化,并根据波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从蒙古黄芪根70%乙醇提取物中分离得到14个异黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为芒柄花素(1)、芒柄花苷(2)、毛蕊异黄酮(3)、毛蕊异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、(6aR,11aR)-3-羟基-9,10-二甲氧基紫檀烷(5)、(6aR,11aR)-3-羟基-9,10-二甲氧基紫檀烷-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、(3R)-7,2'-二羟基-3',4'-二甲氧基异黄烷(7)、(3R)-7,2'-二羟基-3',4'-二甲氧基异黄烷-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、6″-O-乙酰基芒柄花苷(9)、6″-O-乙酰基-(3R)-7,2'-二羟基-3',4'-二甲氧基异黄烷-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(10)、6″-O-乙酰基-(6aR,11aR)-3-羟基-9,10-二甲氧基紫檀烷-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)、红车轴草素(12)、5,7-二羟基-4'-甲氧基异黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(13),5,7,4'-三羟基-3'-甲氧基异黄酮(14)。结论:化合物10为新化合物,化合物9,11,13,14为首次从蒙古黄芪中分离得到。
Objective : To study the isoflavonoid constituents of the roots of Astragalus membranaceus var. mongholicus. Method: Such eohmm chromatography methods as HPD-100 maeroporous adsorption resin, silie, a gel, polyamide and Sephadex LH-20 gel were used for seperating and purifying isoflavonoids, and their structures were identified on the basis of spectral data. Result: Fourteen compounds were separated and identified as : formononetin ( 1 ) , ononin ( 2 ) , ealycosin ( 3 ) , ealyeosin-7-O-β-D-glueopyranoside ( 4 ) , ( 6aR, 11 aR ) -3-hydroxy-9, l 0-dimethoxyplerocarpan ( 5 ), ( 6 aR, 11 aR ) -3-hydroxy-9,10-dimethoxypteroearpan-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 6 ), ( 3R ) -7,2 '-dihydroxy-3 ', 4 '-dimethoxyisoflavan ( 7 ), ( 3R ) -7,2 '-dihydroxy-3 ', 4 '-dimethexyisoflavan-7-O-β-D-glucopyraneside ( 8 ), 6″-O-aeetyl-ononin ( 9 ), 6″-O-acetyl-( 3R ) -7,2'-dihydroxy-3', 4 '-dinlethoxyisoflavan-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 10 ), 6″-O-aeetyl- ( 6aR, 11 aR ) -3-hydroxy-9,10-dimethoxypteroearpan-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 11 ), pratensein ( 12 ), sissotrin ( 13 ) and 5,7,4'-trihy- droxy-3'-methoxyisoflavone(14). Conclusion: Compound 10 was a new compound. Compounds 9,11,13,14 were separated from A. nwmbranaceus var. mongholieus for the first time.
