摘要
云天化股份有限公司废水深度处理及回用工程采用UF+RO双膜工艺,处理后的产品水作为生产水回用。实际运行结果表明,UF+RO双膜工艺能有效去除污水中的有机物、SS和各种阴阳离子。出水水质能够达到炼油企业污水回用管理规范中"优质工业再生水水质指标",从而节约大量新水,产生了良好的经济效益和环境效益。
Yunnan Yuntianhua Co.,Ltd wastewater and reuse depth of processing project used UF＋RO membrane technology to treat product water as the production of water reuse.The practical result showed,UF＋RO membrane process can effectively remove the organic matter in sewage,SS and various ions.Water quality can be achieved the quality of industrial reclaimed water quality indicators in refining enterprise wastewater reuse management practices,it also saved a lot of water and produced good economic and environmental benefits.
