基于微粒群算法的企业创新能力评价 被引量:2

摘要 文章针对目前企业创新能力评价缺少定量方法的现状,构建了企业创新能力评价指标体系,以与最优和最劣对象距离之和最小为目标,运用微粒群优化算法,确定出企业创新指标体系权重,用模糊隶属赋值方法对指标进行了无量纲处理,进而对企业创新能力做出模糊综合评价,最后以成都市抽样调查企业为实例进行了比较分析,验证该方法的有效性和可行性。
